Size: 10 inches X 9.5 inches Map Type: Atlas This is a very clean, superior copy, with vivid outline colors mounted in a fileted mat and mounted in a gorgeous burl wood frame. Outside dimensions are 18.25 inches X 17.5 inches This map of the Americas is based on Robert de Vaugondy's map of L'Amerique from 1762. This version has been updated to include Captain Cook discoveries in the Pacific Northwest. A large notation in French text discusses a possible Northwest Passage.
